I need to find new samefoods. What are some complex carbs, proteins, and fruits/veggies that are cheap, easy, and relatively healthy to eat a lot of?

@madewokherd my samefoods are: baked (or mashed) sweet potatoes, toasted slice of millet bread with an egg on top, cabbage+seaweed soup (this can be tweaked in many ways), oatcakes

I also like "Green Potatoes for Six" from the Laurel's kitchen cookbook
