I hit a frustrating spot in the last two lessons. Getting on and off highways and seeing stuff ahead is still hard, and I'm still not accelerating enough when I go onto highways, or going fast enough.
Made a few jarring mistakes today, and nearly got into a very dangerous situation.
Also, I'm frustrated with myself that looking over my shoulders still isn't as hard-wired as it should.

Another lesson that confronted me with unhelpful beliefs. This time: not taking my time and believing I have to do stuff as quickly as possible.
I have to tell myself that I *am* allowed to do things slowly, and thus more safely. The person who always rushed me and abused me for being slow or not seeing everything right away is dead.
