I made a doc that helps you find games and other stuff in the itch.io bundle for racial justice and equality.

The doc has lists of games that meet certain accessibility requirements (blind-friendly, etc) or not (warnings about games that have especially bad flashing lights). It also has lists of games with various kinds of representation (POC, WLW, trans, etc). And then it has some lists of some other interesting kinds of content (educational, self care, etc). It's a work in progress, but it has a lot already!

Ich suche in #Berlin 2-3 Leute mit Erfahrung in #Django oder wenigstens #Python. Es geht um ein verwaltungsbezogenes Projekt für ein gemeinnütziges Unternehmen im Bereich Pflege. Das Projekt steckt in den Kinderschuhen, der Gestaltungsspielraum ist groß. Solving one problem at a time:

nerds getting mad over a few open source projects finally replacing the master/slave terminology for processes is the most pathetic nerd shit imaginable. changing the terms affects nothing in terms of how the software runs. It literally changes nothing but creates a slightly more welcoming environment for non-white programmers.

It's incredibly sad and frustrating seeing these assholes vociferously defending something so completely unimportant.

Randomly delighted by the design and presentation of the Matra & Hachette Ordinateur Alice series of home computers from the mid 1980s.

Along with Melissa Joan Hart's performance in Clarissa Explains It All, this solidified my belief that this is what the typical computer programmer looked like.
