Das Oberverwaltungsgericht für #NRW hat am 18. November 2019 entschieden, dass das Protestcamp "Wiese" am Hambacher Wald geräumt werden soll. #hambibleibt

Die Beschwerde des eingetragenen Grundstückseigentümer wurde in dieser Entscheidung abgelehnt.
"Dieser Beschluss ist unanfechtbar", so das Gericht.

Begründung der Beschwerde in kurz:
Das Wiesencamp ist ein Protestcamp und deswegen eine Versammlung, weswegen Baurecht dem unterzuordnen ist. (die wollen Schutzbehausungen des Camps zerstören) Auch liegen keine Beweiße vor dass das Camp unfriedlich sei, weswegen es Schutz durch Versammlungsrecht erhalten müsse.

Begründung des Gericht (obwohl die eigentlich zum Essen sind):
"....es lägen konkrete Anhaltspunkte dafür vor, dass die Bewohner des Wiesencamps Gewalttätigkeiten beabsichtigen oder solches Verhalten anderer jedenfalls billigten."

persönliche Bewertung:
Auch wenn es keine Beweiße für Gewalttätigkeit durch das Protestcamp gibt, reicht das "Gefährder"-Argument.
Später im Text werden vermeintliche Beweiße benannt, die sind aber eher aus der Kategorie lächerlich....1/2

Gibt ein spannendes Programm, inklusive vieler Lesungen (auch von Kinderbüchern!) und teilweise wird in Gebärdensprache gedolmetscht.

#Queerulant_in ist auch mit einem Stand dabei, kommt rum :).
