It was a variation on that trope that is a thing in my dreams, where I pretend to be injured to get attention, but it doesn't work bc nobody believes it or cares… Except this dream was kind of the opposite, it was about running through woods in teams (why would I do that o.o) and i/we surprise-won the first run (lol) and my team didn't want us to continue when i sprained my ankle in the second run but i kind of forced us,

and my teammates (lol one of them was a person I hated in high school) were cute and kind and caring and we finished the run, which included some really bizarre parts like running along a boat race/fight(? it seemed fighty), and we were the last ones and it was shitty and not a good idea but we had each other. Awww xD
