I'm pretty sure some of my birbsite acquaintances made me get Quitter and identi.ca accounts at some point, so I guess Mastodon is at least my 3rd try at existing in ~the fediverse~ o.O (Oh and Friendica is also part of it right? 4th.) But I never really stayed there and I don't think I actually understood what they where about.

what works is different for everyone. personally, when it got kind of intense, i'd follow the edges of the room i was in with my eyes and that gave me some feeling of… existing. sometimes that was too much, and i'd just imagine them, or trace the edge of a table with my fingers. i hope you find something :)
