binding, health concerns, a question 

o fediverse, my continually ineffable source of trans advice: what can i be doing to undo/minimise/otherwise live with the health effects of long term binding?
i'm getting the chop soon but after 5+ years of binding my lung capacity is severely diminished and i can barely walk for more than a couple of minutes without feeling like someone's driving a knife through my sternum. i'm wondering if there's any kind of physion (or anything i haven't thought of) that might help.
