I'm drawn more to birbsite than Mastodon lately. Maybe because there I've already established that what I post is the very opposite of ~interesting content~. Or because I'm too tired to be motivated to toot in English, and I don't want to annoy people with too much German here.
I'm always amazed at how bad tea tastes when I forget to add sugar.

I agree that the "keep non-English toots out of the FTL" sentiment was super racist/xenophobic/imperialist but I don't think the new feature for filtering selected languages out of your timelines is in anyway problematic? Because it's just about letting you choose what you see, not controlling what other people post??

And Dreamwidth has super weirdly restricted features unless you pay 3$ a month, which you can only pay by credit card or some other weird methods of payment.
I don't even know a good alternative for the kind of communities that I liked there. Dreamwidth, maybe?
(Imzy's struture is very much reddit, but come on, I don't actually enjoy using reddit.)
