i think computing, software and hardware in general, for non-mission critical applications, should take itself much, much less seriously.
this is why i've started using "non-standard" licenses such as:
- https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beerware- https://choosealicense.com/licenses/wtfpl/- https://anticapitalist.software/ (this one i DO take more seriously than the other two, but i still feel it falls under "unconventional" compared to others like MIT etc)
