my main source of inspiration for #webgbcam was christine love's interstellar selfie station, which before it had been taken down, was super important for me to overcome my self-image issues and dysphoria when i started my transition 6 years ago
when i launched the very first version a few months ago i got flooded with messages from people who finally felt confident to take selfies with something like my app. it was the most heartwarming thing ever to be able to share the solace i had found when i was younger
