my hdmi capture card got here and it works really well with VGA2HDMI :D
they're the cheapest VGA2HDMI and capture devices btw. for both of them i paid $80 (~15.44 USD) & now i can capture any VGA device such as my old laptops! thinking about doing a windows 98 stream tomorrow 🤔

it's these boys, these are exactly the ones i got. they're so cheap from china and they work great for capturing old VGA computers. if you're into doing retro tech video stuff on a budget, consider them!
oh yeah here's how it looks!! this is a 1080p live preview from OBS, so it's not the raw 1024x768 but just so you can see how it gets once processed and scaled
i'll post a proper picture example later tonight once i'm not supposed to be working lol
