it's one thing to understand (but i do not agree with it) that nintendo went after games unlicensed by them to preserve the integrity of their seal of quality program, but peripherals should be regarded differently in my opinion, and the game genie was very important in its time
i see galoob completely in the right for this and i absolutely adore that they use nintendo's guns against themselves in an attempt to invalidate a super bullshit claim because i believe in the openness of derivative works that build upon them
