my personal goal for 2022 is to not write a shred of HTML/CSS (at least outside of professional capacity) that doesn't work/display correctly on my windows 98 machine running latest retrozilla

first goal there is to redesign my website from scratch. you can browse it fine right now but i'm using image-borders that just show up black, so i want to come up with a completely new design that doesn't use it even if i do come back to os 9 window trimmings
