are these still hot ass? is it still luck of the draw which chipset you'll get in these and only one is actually decent quality? is there a better option around the same price range?
@mavica_again @kalleboo I swear by the Canopus/Grass Valley ADVC-110, though it’s FireWire 400, not USB. Works great with the requisite adapters up through Thunderbolt 3. Captures via Final Cut and other DV aware tools. Here’s one: https://www.ebay.com/itm/126305646978
