discord just restarted in the middle of a call to give me an undismissable TOS window i need to agree to before being able to ever message anyone else in the platform again

I think in German Law this "agree" would not meet the requirements for consent, making the ToS moot… how ironic
@mavica_again Yeah, and I "agreed" because I had "read"... You know I'd call this *worse* than shrink wrap ToS.
