could you make a raspberry pi type beat that can capture uncompressed standard definition video and also supply battery power to a early-80s tube camera

@hazel about 10 years ago when i got that saticon tube camera i was thinking of trying to power it using a USB power bank buck/boost converters and possibly capturing it into whatever the portable PVR was at the time. which was probably just like, some kinda dashcam recorder thing. just tape the two of those together and put them in my coat pocket and walk around town looking extremely suspicious
