Any recommendations for Win 3.11 software to edit these pictures? I would like to be ready to post the pix right from a floppy without using a modern computer in my workflow ( before posting). Photoshop 2 can't save GIFs...

@daniel_westhof Paint Shop Pro 3 from 1995 supports PNG, GIF and JPG and runs on Windows 3.1
