I think I’m gonna try to play through an entry in each set of Pokémon main series games, starting with Red. That’ll include remakes like LeafGreen and OmegaRuby, and the Black/White sequels, but I might skip Let’s Go.
The pro move here would be to start with the VC version of Red so I could eventually transfer my Pokémon to Pokémon Bank, but part of me thinks it would be more romantic to play on the gameboy cart instead.
I don’t have a desire to make it challenging, but I want to make sure my teams have some variety, so my only rules are:
In each game, I can only use one Pokémon I’ve used in any prior entry
I can only reuse each Pokémon once across all playthroughs
