I really should do everything I can to avoid thinking about playing this game. Pokemon has been a “safe” franchise for me to obsess over because I would just fritter away time trying to complete my Pokédex or win battles, but Masters threatens to soak up my time and money to a severe degree.

My brother is interested in front-end web development, is about halfway done with a comp sci degree, and is having difficulties with school. He's looking at a 8-10 week "coding bootcamp" and wondering what employers think of those.
Does it depend on the boot camp? Where could one go to find reliable reviews?
