Do i know anyone who has access to a Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager) server who could help me provision some new firmware for an ATA191-K9?

This has evolved into router hacking because it has ATA capabilities and DECT support. It's a technicolor 799vac XTREAM, very common shitbox for ISP to vaguely customize the UI and send out. This one has older firmware and known exploits letting me get a root shell. However my goal is to get web interface access to configure SIP stuff.
