So, I checked the DHL website again for my package and now it says "UNDELIVERABLE - RETURNED TO SENDER"

Why does it say that is cleared custom in Sweden and then the next day it's says that it's in Germany and is "Undeliverable", WTF?!

I've sent off some messages to customer service for DHL and Postnord, hopefully they'll get back to me.
Are they seriously going to send my packet back to US because I was unavailable one afternoon?!?!?!?
I got no notice that it was to be delivered that day (if it that was the case)
So, on postnords tracking site it says that the packet was transported on the 19:th, does that mean it was out for delivery then? I was at the office that afternoon, could I have missed it? The one time I went in to the office in months!
