Why do tomatoes always get so hot when heated? All the rest of the food cools down normally but tomatoes are still too hot
I have guess for how this is physically possible but not sure if it's true

@Andicraft I think it's more than just high water content, I think it's also because the water is trapped and so it doesn't cool down by evaporation as much
