The only project that money should be spent on is a compulsory purchase order of banked-land at purchase-price + interest only; and then a project to throw up loads of small footprint prefabs. Let's crash this "market."

@avon_deer At first I thought "How could they NOT find anything to spend the money on?" then read further and saw that they're looking to "invest" in "projects" and not do the corect thing and use the money to just DO IT.
Honestly this is entirely what I expect from Gove, and the Tories generally.
