Might end up going private/DIYing eventually, but I think I wanna get my face lasered first because shaving is really dysphoric and hard to keep on top of. I hate having facial hair.

@renbymon not to disappoint or add to your woes: but private really is your only option for expedient results. The NHS waiting list is in the order of 4 years for a first appt with a nurse. 3 more for a doctor. Private assessment can be within 6 months. With a shared care agreement and your GP’s willingness, HRT in 12 (approx) on the NHS.
For everything else (voice training, laser, electrolysis) you’re also looking at private.
