Yay for local councils. They redid the roads around me, and didn't redo the school markings, leaving signs telling you when you can't park on the missing markings. I rang to point this out (it's been a couple of months) and they have created a case, added too it, etc.. but you need to login to see the comments, and I don't have a login, so therefore I can't actually see anything that's been added... and honestly, I don't feel like adding another login to my 733 accounts to see....
@chloeraccoon I've been trying to get my local council to change my name so I can get my passport et al updated; you have to use a web form to contact them and then if they email you back you have to use that SAME form (complete with entering everything all over again) to reply to them as the mailbox they send from doesnt accept external emails.
I'm pretty close to writing to my MP about it; they didn't accept my deed poll as it's not "official" in their words despite it being a legal document
