My attempt at obtaining a GP appointment this morning. I was not successful. Only one call attempt connected, just to play a recorded message telling me that the queue was full and that I should call back later.

FYI, this is the *only* way to get a GP appointment in my local area: repeatedly try calling at 08:00 and hope you get through. If you're not successful, try again tomorrow. Repeat until the problem becomes life-threatening, then go to the ER.
