@renbymon It's an interest _arrangement_ of the sockets.
You go to most sparkies and ask for 6 doubles, and they will be in row/all on the same level to save on work and cable. If you put a standard height desk up to this wall/window, it will sit half way up the upper row, blocking them off...
@chloeraccoon Oh yes I see what you mean now! Though I did assume that they'd been put in by a DIYer, unless there's a specific reason for those four doubles to be that high.
