what is when, despite knowing it to not be true, your brain tells you that nobody likes you and you end up just crying for like 20 minutes?
like I know it's not true, but I just couldn't stop crying and all the while my brain was going "You're ugly, no one likes you they just put up with you, you fucking suck and you can't do anything right"
