Yes I went and treated myself to the Wera tools advent calendar >.>
On the second day of Advent-mas, Wera gave to me......
A PH1 long bit. Because Wera don't actually love me apparently!
Seriously, there had better be a set of PZ bits in here >.> Y'know..... /Useful/ ones!
On the third day of Advent-mas, Wera gave to me......
Disappointment!
I opened the door and the cupboard was bare!!!
I had to disassemble the box to find the bit.
But once I did! A 4mm hex bit joins the family!
On the fourth day of Advent-mas, Wera , having seen my disappointment at the previous 2 days gave to me.....
A T10 bit and a 1/4 inch to hex adaptor!
Consider me mollified!
On the fifth day of Adventmas, Wera gave to me.....
A really smol and cute ratchet that goes into a hex drive screwdriver and that takes hex bits.
The hex ratchets they make are REALLY nice. With a really fine pitch ratchet with a thumb wheel. So if you are stuck in a small space you can easily line up with the fixings. Or if there's limited space, still undo it.
Sadly it's a solid union. I don't think it'd work in the impact gun >.>
In the sixth day of Adventmas, Wera gave to me....
A strange pouch!

How odd. It doesn't fit the screwdriver set either!

A LUCKY 10MM!!!!
On the Eighth day of Adventmas, Normal boring service is resumed with a T15 that is almost exactly the same size as a T10
On the Ninth day of Adventmas, Wera gave to me....
This weird thing.
It looks like a stubby screwdriver. But there's nowhere for a bit.
And there's an S on the top. Is it Superman's?
It fits in the pouch anyway.
Will see if I get a sergeant 's one later in the calendar!
On the tenth day of Adventmas, a T25 bit.

Had been nice so far though. Means that it's not all the big and interesting bits at the end.
On the eleventh day of Adventmas, Wera started running out of ideas.
Another Torx bit. This time a T20. Possibly rounding out the Torx lineup given there should be some Allen, pozidrive, *sweats* Phillips and *gags* slotted bits.
@dragonarchitect @Jencen I used to have an issue with Phillips and pozidrive camming out until I was helpfully informed that the bits are not interchangeable ^^;
@dragonarchitect @renbymon yeah. It's just gash. Often you find the heads are also made of cheese as it's more used on cheaper stuff here.

Don't really get Robertson here
@renbymon @Jencen As an American whose country went all-in on Philips, it absolutely sucks as a screw head.
It's way too prone to cam-out, resulting all too often in stripped heads. I've been told in the past it's not from pushing in hard enough, but THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE A THING. And even then I would still get cam-out and stripped heads even when putting my whole damn body weight behind a motorized bit driver!!
Hex, Torx, and Robertson drives are WAY superior to Philips.
