Managed to do about 31 minutes of brisk walking today (out of a total of 44 of walking). Bloody exhausted; this town really does have too many hills.

My target is only ten minutes a day. Don't know if I can stick this out; I couldn't stick it out before.

@Bowsette Try and find a route with the least amount of elevation change and use that instead, even if it means doing laps. You'll get better at it soon :)
