Mental note: You've quit smoking; don't even do it as a "social" thing. You can probably get away with one cig every now and then but don't try and smoke a pack anymore.

I've had issues with my lungs for a while since I stopped smoking years ago, somewhat exacerbated from my first Covid infection back at the start of the pandemic, but after this weekend it's clear that if I do smoke I end up with chest pains for a good while afterwards. I need to be aware of that.

Thankfully it's not lung cancer; I've already been screened for that when I had a panic attack a couple of years ago, it's sort of like my lungs are more sensitive than they used to be.

The really insidious thing about nicotine is you can go years without it and still get the cravings.

Okay good news the pain has mostly gone this weekend; felt a LOT better after a long sleep yesterday. I'm not fully there but I'm much better. :)

Just need to remember to never smoke again. x3
