Furry fandom, loneliness
I'm a loner, but that's not really through my own choice. I'm so isolated from everyone and everything that I've rarely seen anyone for the past four years.
The problem is I don't feel like I can go to my nearest meets anymore. One particular person goes to those meets and remains popular, but I can't stand to be near them due to the mental scars they left me with.
I don't know what to do anymore. I want to feel welcome at meets again, but I don't.

@Bowsette It's worth looking at events that aren't just furmeets; I'm at a furry rave this evening and there are people here both younger and older than I am.
(Not suggesting a rave per say, just that there are things other than meets nowadays and they tend to be more open :) )
