Also swap the message out with "Account disabled". These were the most common ones we got when I was still working on the help desk. Absolutely incredible that they don't just write it down.

Was misgendered this morning in a high street shop (the shop assistant called me "sir"), which wasn't a nice thing, but I didn't raise it because I don't feel like I'm presenting?
I didn't say anything and just left the shop after paying.
However a couple of minutes later it did occur to me that I've never liked being called sir, and my brain finally put two and two together "yes of course you don't because you're a girl!"
I swear my brain just misses the most obvious things, lol.

Being poor is incredibly expensive because every opportunity to save money on necessities in the long run is balanced towards people who have a lot of money to spend at the moment. You need money to save money.
All these short-term solutions cost a lot more than a bulk purchase or quality item that you can't afford if you don't have the money, but need the thing right now. So you buy cheap over and over again and end up spending much more money than the wealthy. And that, folks, is how the rich get richer from the poor. What a fucked-up system. Why exactly do we support this?
