The fascists love to demonize queer ppl for "making everything about sex" or "making their gender their whole personality" but every time I go to a queer event I am struck by how precisely they have this backwards. Cis society is profoundly sexualized, and literally every interaction is pre-coded with assumed gender. In a queer space, you purposefully never make assumptions about who someone is or what they're up to, so interactions are much *less* coded by gender and *less* intronsically sexual

Scored a Lenovo x230 from eBay to replace my ailing x201. A steal for what I paid for it!
i5-3320M, 8GB ram, and coreboot installed. There's some cosmetic damage (not too fussed about that) but the space bar has a broken spring so gonna look into swapping the keyboard for one from an x220.
Would be nice to put an IPS screen in it and go to 16GB of ram.

First time really advertising my merch here, but I'm having a big clearance sale for the new year! 🎉 Trying to make way for new products in 2024.
5 or less of everything under the Last Chance category (mostly charms but also stickers, buttons and prints).
@avon_deer We've been getting that since they made the change and we've had no issues other than having to stir it a little bit more if it clumps up.
Personally I'd prefer it if it came in something that wasn't plastic and was easier to recycle, but the meat is fine.
