@Beckydog The main problem I have is lunch; a lot of time it's just easier to buy lunch and that's not great. Trying to make healthier meals at home to take to work with me.
Today is the start of my diet! Really want to lose quite a bit of weight this year as it's affecting both my physical and mental health.

Every time I see fedi meta drama involving some admins or mods, and people blaming the fediverse itself for this, I can't help but think
"I feel you, I'm sorry you're in this mess, I hate this shit too-- but on a non-federated site like literally everything else, you would have no choice but leave the place entirely. Arguably this isn't a fedi problem, fedi actually handles this better than anything else would"
