(Honestly though I've been crushing on this suit almost constantly for the past decade, hnnnng I'd do anything to own one of them ;.; )

Helldesk: User's WiFi keeps disconnecting when connected to a docking station. Works fine at other station on another desk.

Me: Please clarify the fault because they don't use WiFi when connected to docks, and with that wording the fault could either be a faulty docking station/cable issue due to disconnecting LAN, or it could be a Wireless AP issue if they are using WiFi and it works okay at another location. I'm not doing your job of gathering basic diagnostics and accurate fault information.
