The saddest part of the downfall of the IBA is the loss of programs like Engineering Announcements. Showing off the technology and what's coming down the pipeline - and in levels of detail that'd make a CEO go red and call his lawyer.
Interesting that the IBA Engineering program showed the inside of the Chilworth uplink as late as May 1990. The computer-operated monitoring system is a neat thing.
