Reminded today how biphasic sleep used to be a more common thing and thinking about giving it a try. I often wake up half way through the night anyway, so might as well make use of the time.

it has a friend who finally managed to flee out of russia to georgia with another friend, both trans
they don't really have a lot of resources and no idea how to continue, their plan on getting into the EU unfortunately failed and they fear that they might not be able to stay in georgia for too long
