MH-

Mmmm, double bad brain; When you're sadge but on top of that you're also feeling guilty/sad because of the initial reason for feeling bad.

If your open source project makes me jump through hoops to report a bug, I will just conclude you don't care about bugs.

That includes requiring me to create an account. Big projects like the Linux kernel manage just fine with a simple mailing list, there's no reason your small project needs a big corporate solution with accounts and data leaks. Leave that to big corporate projects like Mozilla, who really don't care about bugs.

"I don’t believe they are sorry"

And nor should you. When the monied-class establishment look at places like Grenfell they just see slums for the "little people" that we should somehow feel grateful for.

Always remember that.

So finally can show off the 3d print model I've been working on as I gave it to my friend for his 50th the other week. Rather pleased with it. Now I'm working on a new one for someone else.. #3dprint #babylon5 #starfury

WIP!
Fiiiiinally feeling more comfortable drawing again.
Still a long way to go, and it's still kind of an uphill struggle but it feels like it's comming back to me at last!
THanks to @Beckydog for letting me paint her again :)

assert dominance by having longer ears than your peers

Ah.. I got distracted.

What if I drew Konqi in a similar style as Theo? Or both of them? Theo wouldn't understand anything since he lives in the wild but he would politely listen.

I been using KDE in the past year and been pretty happy with it.

I realized this might be a good time to remind people about the Mastodon streetpass extension

streetpass.social/

It helps you passively find people who use mastodon when you visit their websites...

A preview of what i'll be streaming this Thursday!

A few weeks back I may have got a bit tipsy and bought one of those fancy all buttons (leverless?) controllers, but not really touched it since. Seems like agood excuse to get in fighting games!
I rember loving beat'em'ups back in the day! I was a master of Mortal Kobat 2 on the Megadrive!
buuuuuut the last fighting game I really played was "Bloody Roar" on the PS1, in like 1997. Things seem to have changed a bit since then; not least of which is me being notably older and my reaction times are probably a fair bit slower.
But what the hell!? it'll be an adventure!

Join us on the livestream on Twitch ,on Thursday, or check out the recording on Youtube afterwards :D

“When the AI provided an incorrect result, researchers found inexperienced and moderately experienced radiologists dropped their cancer-detecting accuracy from around 80% to about 22%. Very experienced radiologists’ accuracy dropped from nearly 80% to 45%.”

Fun* fact in this video: the 'disposable' vapes thrown away in Britain alone contain enough lithium batteries to make 1.2 Million e-bikes.
I've been independently powering things with vape batteries that I've rescued before seeing this video. Pull out the cell, add a cheap usb charging module and you have a fully rechargeable 3.7v power source. If you need higher voltage you can put them in series and you can even get multi-cell balancing modules for next to nothing if you want to have a few in parallel for more current.
I don't trust them for anything critical, but they're great for low-budget projects as the cells are completely free. My bike lights are all powered by them (one can run a flashing bike light for a couple of weeks' use), as well as various other things that had their batteries die, or that didn't come with rechargeable batteries.
I also only charge them somewhere flameproof, though I haven't had any issues so far.
