She is Panduh!
First I had drawn her during the doodles for charity in fursuit during Anthro Northwest for PanduhFloof, and that same day but later I got to draw her a sketch again but as human, this is the "as a human" drawing:

people excited that jpeg-xl is coming to chromium but don't realize it's gonna have all the same problems webp has (limited support from local image tools, inconsistent browser support, etc)

like what makes you think it's gonna go any different

When we eventually redo the kitchen I want the appliance water points to be easily accessible rather than behind the appliances themselves.

So update: Thankfully there's only one leak in the system, and that's a slight gap between the sink bottom and the waste that I didn't properly cover with silicon; everything else is jank but otherwise okay.

However I do need to go out AGAIN and buy another appliance inlet hose as the one for the washing machine is really too short for when it's out of the alcove and is going to put a lot of pressure on the pipework if I need to get it out to turn the water off.

One job; plumbing in our new dishwasher, has turned into three jobs and taken almost two weeks (still not finished) because the previous owner bodged so much of the kitchen.

Had to replace the waste in the sink (belfast) because the old one broke when we removed the drain.
Had to replace the drain and most of the pipe work under the sink, which was frustrating because the pipe that leads outside is too high to use the trap I bought.

Seriously tempted to rip out the entire kitchen and redo.

Friends, this is the coolest thing I have ever seen and you should see it too. A guitar amp labelled entirely in braille. #accessibility #blind #blindness #braille

Kootenay made his first appearance at a LondonFurs meet today! Well, first time out and about in the UK, period.

The thing I miss most about the 1990s is the feeling of optimism. It wasn't universal of course! Plenty of terrible shit was going on in the 1990s, but here in the US we were extremely privileged and genuinely feeling like all the biggest problems in the world were solved, just some loose ends to work out and the 21st century was going to look SO bright!

Were we naive and dumb? Hell yes, of course! But it was an intoxicating feeling, naive or not.
