@lynnesbian well, im neurodiverse, have a chronic pain condition, a small host of other ailments and issues, and currently have post concussion syndrome. when taking a specific action, i sometimes have to weigh the effort required against the cost in terms of side effects. i can't do everything i wanna do in a day, not even close. so spoons becomes a unit of measurement.
