@scarly the other possible vector would be hacking their email and then removing the password change confirmations.
We'll likely never know for sure, but time to change all the passwords just in case.

@scarly sadly Hulu doesn't support 2fa afaik so not much we can do to protect ourselves. It just sucks.
This case seems to be a social engineering hack via support request chat to change our verified email. They then used the verified email to change our credentials and add "add-ons" to our account totalling over 100usd/mo for several months.
