@maple tbh, i think I meant it as a shorthand for "as someone that likes new technology" but then my avatar affected me and I was like... "as a technology" because clearly i was basking in the science
as a technology, i find mastodon in general and activitypub specifically to be extremely interesting... i don't think i've been this intrigued by something in a looong time
@maple i have that memory, though, i preferred the boring text only affairs. also, i sympathize. i tried to start forums so many times, with various themes and ideas. nothing ever stuck.
