@pawnshopheart furry culture is, at its core, an appreciation for the non-human animal, and the fact that i happen to have an icon of an avian alien character with humanoid levels of sentience does NOT make me a furry. :c
i use his species to explore the nature of humanity as an expansion of "memento bestie," which would make me something like an anti-furry...? i guess?
