i want to host my own gitlab but it takes 4gb by itself and i wanted to run it alongside mastodon in a single linode (currently 2gb, planning to upgrade to 4gb if we get more patrons)
what else is there
still, i'll wait to see if/when we get more patrons to upgrade linode
as the current dollar exchange rate is getting higher here, doubling the server cost out of pocket will be unsustainable for me atm
@squirrel Gogs and its fork Gitea, if you need an issue tracker. I'm using Gitea internally in the org. If you just want to host a discoverable frontend I recommend CGit.
ok looks like gitea would work since it needs only about 1gb of ram, plus i want a full website thing with issues and stuff just like github, not just a repository server
