I'm thinking of changing our bot policy
Currently it's a hard "no bots" policy, but I'm considering an allowance with strict limitations. (I am totally willing to admit that this is motivated largely by my wanting my own bots to use my own server.)

The limitations:
- Bot must use the "bot" account flag (which I need to restyle)
- The handle of the owner of the bot must be in its profile
- It can only follow people who follow it or who consent to be followed
- It cannot post any public posts ever.
- It cannot make more than one non-reply post per [thinking an hour but I might make it four hours]
- Replies must be to posts that @ the bot directly
Is this good? Bad? Not strict enough?
