remember that trans law center donation bandcamp did a while ago?
comparing that day and the release of general mibi, i've gotten almost double the amount of plays on general mibi, but only about half the sales/downloads

this is less to say that people aren't buying the space adventures of general mibi but more to say that the people who bought my albums on donation day probably didn't even listen to them
and maybe in a slighly bad taste to talk about money u earn? i never know with this stuff but
the money i got from the donation day paid for my mic/audio interface setup
so that's nice
oh and another interesting tidbit:
out of all general mibi purchases, 2 of them haven't downloaded it
@squirrel they might have bought it as a gift for someone else? I dunno, just trying to look at the bright side
@noelle oh no it's not an inherently bad thing
and gifts would still count towards downloads anyway?
i just thought it was interesting that people bought it but haven't downloaded it (at least until i checked)
