i can't install mastodon locally to mess with the assets because bundle install is complaining about me not having the idn library when i already have libidn11 and libidn2_0 installed
can anyone help with that??? i can't change assets on the prod environment because it'll take ages because each server restart is 5-10 minutes so i need to get that working
