and now some muscle in my leg won't stop twitching
i don't know why this is happening and i still can't get it to stop

@squirrel no, I get twitches all the time, they just go away eventually. Sometimes I can massage the muscle and get them gone, but usually i just notice they’ve stopped after a while.
@noelle i can't really tell if it's just muscle twitch or could be something to do with blood flow and i'm back on progesterone and and
