mastodon feature to let people follow your public posts regardless of you allowing them to follow you or not is long overdue
i want to let people follow my public posts but i want to filter who sees my follower-only posts
lists could work for this but oops you can only add people you follow... i don't really get why
come on folks, please?
@squirrel not sure if it covers what you want, but isn't there an RSS feed for public posts from users on most instances?
This might allow using a feed aggregator to pick up peoples public posts.
